0w40 conforms to BMW LL04 spec.

Which one is better is up to you, and I've learnt not to get in the middle of 'oil wars'

well it seems LL04 is for cars from 2004 onwards... plus it's a newer spec, so better?? :?

EDIT: I just checked Castrol's site and both 5w30 and 0w40 conform to LL04...
