Hail stone damage to front wing

After a monster hail storm I have noticed that despite covering the car, my drivers side front wing has some minor hail stone damage on the top of the wing. I'm going to try paintless dent repair first but did notice that the front wing surface is quite inaccessible from inside the bonnet. How difficult is it to remove the front wing? Noticed there are some bolts at the top but assume it's not that simple!

Also, if anyone can recommend a PDR company in Dartford, Kent or nearby that would be great.

You might like to try Dent Devils - I think they have specialists for dealing with hail stone damage.

I know over in the states you often see 'hail sale' cars and have seen a few with dents all over the roof bonnet and boot, or should i say hood and trunk....but never realy heard of hail damage over hear! :o

The wings come off fairly easy once you've found all the bolts, although its very easy to scratch the a-post when removing the wing :headbang:

If you can i'd leave it on the car. Once you remove the inner plastic wheel arch the wing is quite accessible.

I think I'll give Dent Devil a call to see what they can do and will remove the inner plastic wheel arch. Thanks for the advice. :D

Don't bother removing the plastic wheel arch. These type of guys know there stuff and if they need to remove it they will.

Those guys have some crazy tools... I had a dent/scrape on the top of the wing and the only access they needed was through the hole for the side indicator, which you simply turn to remove.

I can't believe what a great job the Dent Devil guy did :D Can highly recommend them (especially the guy who looks after Dartford). Car looks as good as new. Fallen in love with my Z4 all over again :driving:
