Had pump and manifold done now it-

Hi all- had vacuum pump and manifold replaced on my 2.0 zed today,picked it up late just as indy were closing,but on the way home now as the car is slowing down/coming to a halt the revs 'kick' up to just over 1000 rpm before settling at roughly 800rpm,is this something the adaptive part of the car will sort out over time or is it something i should be concerned about?-thanks
