H&R Sport Springs on Non-sport shocks

Someone local is selling a set of H & R sport springs for the non-M Z4. I'm thinking about getting them, but was hoping people could help me with a few questions. I currently have the OEM non-sport suspension set-up.

1) What will the ride be like with the H&R sport springs on the OEM non-sport shocks?
2) They're supposed to lower 1.5" in front and 1.25" in back, but is that based on the OEM sport spring set-up? i.e. if the OEM sport springs are 0.6" lower than the non-sport, does that mean if I install the H&R springs, then the total drop will be 1.5" + 0.6" front and 1.25" + 0.6" back? That seems like a big drop.
3) What's a reasonable price? He's asking $200 and they have 5000km on them.

Thanks!

I would imagine you would need shocks to go along... If i remember correctly lowering springs on a sport suspension(shocks) were cutting it pretty close... don't take my word for it though :)

1) crappy/rough ride quality. And your car will bounce up and down when you accelerate/decelerate
2) I had the H&R springs on my '04 3.0i with sport package. Throw that 1.5"/1.25" claim out the window. H&R's will SLAM your car. Drop is more like 2". You're looking at about 1 or slightly less than 1 finger width at the back, and about 1.5 finger width at the front. OEM shocks will not last very long with these springs. My last Z4 bottomed out literally EVERYDAY.
3) You can get brand new ones for about $220 USD (ebay or Tire-rack). You can get brand new Eibachs with Koni shocks on shox.com for about $800. Used H&R springs with 5k KM's? I wouldn't put them on my car if someone gave me a brand new set of H&R springs for free.
