Just been to Waitrose (which I hate anyway) and on the way out I managed to scrape both wheels on the passenger side!

Not impressed! :x

Gutted too! Parked in Sainsbury (car park) came back about an hour later to find a dent in my passenger side door right where it is angled. Presumably done by the door of the car that was beside me. Is this an easy repair? Help!!!!!!!!!! Been really down since it hapenned yesterday.

know how you feel, happens to me all the time, right on the wing crease.
I go to Tescos / shopping now in the missus' Polo. funnily that has no dents on it? very strange.

tiggy1985, I hate those stupid little car park curbed bends. Grrr.

Had similar removed from mine. Whereabouts are you? Someone here may be able to recommend someone - dent removal outfits are typically franchises so I'd look for a recommendation of a specific person rather than a brand name.

gutted for you ........

And it really is a fact - everytime I'm out in the Zed, it's a full time job keeping it out of the way of brain dead bums ......seems like everyone has a need to park 4 inches away or run a shopping trolley down the side - bought a cheap as chips '98 range rover a month ago to get me through the winter and guess what - everyone keeps well away  people see me coming and go park somewhere else, they even get out of the way on the road ....... :D

Really easy to remove the dent if the paint is ok.....a week into my Z, had an 8 inch crease above the rear tyre on the rear hind.....looked really bad - half hour later, you would not have know it was there - £60 - sorted.

If you're in London, I'll give you his number, top bloke...

Yes please Nickm I am in South London but willing to travel if need be. Its onlt a little dent but it glares at me like you would not believe.

Yeah, gutted for you. I know that smarts. Someone else's carelessness or spite denting your pride and joy!!

Carparks! A necessary hazard! Had several company cars dinged by doors and scraped by trolleys. So even before my Zed I'd take to parking far away from the shop entrance and on the end of the row, where I could slide right over in the bay leaving a big gap on one side. Then should anyone else chose to park as far away next to me, they'd likely leave a big enough gap between our cars. Learnt that from my Dad who was very protective of his Jaaaags.

He does a lot of work for car dealers in west london, and is very very good at what he does

Cheers Nickm will give Louis a call.
As PawnSacrifice suggested it is more important to use someone tried & tested.

I decided a few months ago (I used to have a BMW 535d which was battered every time I parked in a car park), to become one of those idiots who looks like they cant park by parking over two spaces when I'm in my zed. This way cars can't really park within 2 feet of my car

Would do that but at my local car parks the attendants are quite strict on parking within the lines, doing otherwise would get you a nice yellow packet on your windscreen.

Round here if you do that they ticket you for the 2nd space which is bloody annoying. They also dont make spaces wide enough so they can jam more cars in. My mate reckons one of the best things about losing part of his leg was his disabled badge as he gets a space close to the shops and loads of room so no one can ding his car! Not to mention he always has somewhere to sit while he goes round with his missus

Not yet Nickm just waiting for the weather to dry up a little. It is pissing down in South London even as I write this. Will let you know as soon as i do.
Once again thanks for the recommendation.
