So in these days of mega posters like Adamski, Bing, Andysat and others then creeping over the 1,000 post mark might have gone unnoticed, but as it earns me my ‘Senior Member’ status of the exclusive coupe club, and a fourth star, then it’s gotta be worth celebrating.
As you may have noticed it’s the meets section that appeals to me most, with my 1st post (mid-modification of my Aux-In) leading to an invite to a forum meet the next day (cheers redzedfour) and my 999th post arranging a forum run across the NY Moors in a couple of weeks (all welcome btw). By my reckoning that’ll be my 15th forum run in the last 2 years.
So my thanks to sammyz, a11y, Robb, wantanm, Craig & Nosa for getting me off my arse and out visiting some of the bits of our great country that otherwise would have gone un-hooned
and a similar :hattip: to Siftah for a great trip to Le Sarthe last summer.
Met a great number of you on those meets, and many have become proper pals who I look forward to seeing again at the next meet – here’s to you guys:

Like many a forumite I’ve also given / received great advice on upgrades / modding, and buying / selling bits & pieces and you could add probably another 250 PMs to my post total. This place costs me a fortune, but now that the mrs has got a Z4 too she understands better than most (jaRED :wub
So thanks for a great couple of years, loving the continued banter, keep up the good work chaps.
p.s. Aim for 2012 is to get spectre out on a meet – not sure he really exists until I see him with my own eyes :lol:
