Guidance required please

Ok so I have a Stomforce multilayer cover which I got from a forum member not long after I got my Z, it's been brilliant at keeping the car dry and clean throughout the winter months and after a fresh clean before a meet.

But it seems that the soft inner layer is breaking down as the car seems to be covered in a light grey dust each time I take it off.

So do I invest in a brand new Stormforce or get a fitted indoor cover to put on first under my existing Stormforce ?

Any recommendations on fitted covers gratefully received.

I had this happen to my Stormforce, it also started to dissolve and I noticed a few holes starting to appear. I did get it second hand, so don't know how old it was. I just bought a new one Stuart.
Not sure if it would work as designed, if you were to put an indoor dust cover on first though. Would the dust cover get damp from condensation ??
Get your money out and buy a new one :poke:

Where did you get your new cover from Fred ? And how much.

I've been putting my half cover on to stop the dust getting into the roof fabric so I don't think doubling covers up would cause a problem, also I quite like those body hugging covers as the can't flap about.

As Fred has said Chris I have a H/T but it's stayed on the trolley this winter and never went on.
