Grille replacement

Hello all.

I am new here as i just bought a 2006 Z4 and this wasn´t supposed to be my first post, but here goes.

A driver in front of me hit the brakes and i hit him, not very hard, but enough to crack the right grille and the correspondent support. The problem is that i have been in my dealership and the grille support only comes with the entire front bumper :headbang:
I don't understant how its even possible, but anyway, i was wondering if any of you guys have a right grille support to sell, or if you know of any where i can buy such a piece.

This photo has a red arrow in the support and a circle in the part that broke.

Hi and welcome.

Similar thing happened to me and the support cracked. I just applied superglue to the grill and support to keep it in place.

Not ideal but it worked well and you'd never know.
 
TBH I would buy a new grill fit as is and go from there. I don't believe the damage will be visible so either glue it back as suggested or if the grill seems secure leave as is.

Always plenty of bumpers on ebay though.

The support only broke 2 of the 8 or 10 pieces it relies on to hold. And the grill covers the support so it doesn't even show up... But i have my dream car for about 2 weeks and this happens :headbang: so i would just like to keep it as new as possible... perhaps i will just fit the new grill as is and order a bumper from ebay or something. Does anyone know if i can order a pre-restyle bumper and the grill support is the same?
 
The grill supports will be the same for all E85 models.

Just replace the grill, otherwise you will probably damage the replacement bumper just after fitting and be even more pissed off.
