Have used many (budget?) wheel cleaners and never really been impressed but eventually decided to use Auto Glym's Custom Wheel Cleaner on my Zed after leaving the wheels for a couple of months. The wheels were caked in road filth and brake dust as new pads and discs had been fitted. To be honest I thought I'd left it too late and it looked like the refurb had been ruined, but...
I was amazed how effective the AG was - using a plastic washing up brush and microfiber towel, all dark staining and what looked like the start of corrosion (but subsequently wasn't) came away and left the wheels looking as good as they were after the refurb. I was impressed - anyone considering what to use on their wheels should consider this cleaner.
