Grab handles

Hi guys and girls

Trying to replace my grab handle covers but joe at sopers has told me there have discontinued the chromeline ones, can only get the pearlglanze ones .

can anyone tell me what the difference is or maybe post a pic.

Chromeline look like chrome where as the normal ones are silver

How do you remove/replace these - do you have to remove the door cards?

I am not sure if mine are chrome or silver (have to say)

I just removed mine, the right hand one came right off (just clipped on) but the left hand one was glued (clipped on plus glued). One or two clips broke in the process.

I took mine off because they were scratched. I am busy repainting them matt black, will post pics when done.

To remove them you slide them upwards a few mm then very slightly lift the lower edge away from the black handle and then slide the trim down and off.

If you are not careful you break off the lower locking tab and hence why so many end up being glued on at the bottom :thumbsdown:

The previous owner must have done that on my driver's side as it keeps coming off if I pull the handle the wrong way...
