Went a few times last year and the year before... but they started getting too busy for their own good. The first year were the best - basically consisting of a turnout of some nice motors, with particular themed cars (depending on the month) being given pride of place in the main area in front of the grounds (and the rest parking in the main carpark).
A full breakfast is offered (though as expected for Goodwood, fairly pricey!)...
Will definately be along to one or two this year again though, depending on other commitments! Makes a nice Sunday morning

Was just about to start a thread about this - good thing I checked. 
I'll be going. Went to the last one (Supercar Sunday) and it was very good. Format is basic - turn up, look over the gorgeous machinery on show, have some breakfast, look at the cars again in case you missed some, leave. Has gotten a bit big as sixspeed says though I'd think the Supercar one is probably the biggest and its still worth it.
If there's any interest from people heading down from London way, we could do a mini nonvoy from Ockham (the A3/M25 junction).
