I second that......they say licenced black taxis, although I do see licenced private taxis using it too - hope they get tickets - scummy 'we think we are the best drivers' w***ers!!! :evil:
 
oh that has brightened my day :D

not a user of the M4 very often, but whenever I have there has been a queue through that section with a clear lane next to us....

I use to use it when going to uni and then to work. Always traffic on the way back home and a few taxis wizzing past. :thumbsdown:
