Autotech performance in Telford are very good,not that far out of your area.

I'll second the vote for Autotech Performance. I was very impressed and if you Google them, there are a lot of happy punters out there.

Hanley is nearer for me and as I work in Stoke might try that first.
Used to use my local garage for Fords and Mazdas but not sure they have that BMW feel.

i have used two in or around Derby...

Burton Motor Workshop (BMW) in Burton on Trent. Friendly staff, got my first service there.. recoded my car for £25.... ex BMW and merc staff.

Then more recently i used Hugh Brothers http://www.hughesbrothersbmw.com/ in Derby to lower my car, and will prob take it there for my next interim service. Cheaper then Burton Motor Workshop and the staff again ex BMW.
