Well Gents

It’s been a while, I have been stacked with work which is good and fitting a new kitchen uuurrgggh. In traditional fashion I thought I would have an "official" update

Yes the Cayman S Sport is gone and it was a truly amazing machine and the I have never driven a better car , solid fact. As the sport was a limited run (75) they do have a shorter shift gearbox, 10mm lower and up-rated exhaust so unsure if all 3.4s responded in the same way but bloody hell is was great!!!!! And anyone who is thinking about it should go for it! Even Mrs Paza said it felt so planted... and safe? (When Hooning)

Is it twice an M (value) ... no, but it’s in some way hard to compare as the M was older more miles as well either way both great cars if you budget can stretch a Porker is a wonderful machine.

Due to a game changer (Bun-Oven  ), It had to go and I was very lucky to get what I paid for it back + enough to cover expense. So ended well really , It’s now replaced with a RRS and a loft conversion

Anyway a few pics of her , also a few when I did a Yorkshire Run with some mates and some of the RRS in typical Forum style :)

Enjoy Paza

Loving the RRS...but the fuel consumption? Deep pockets required!!!

 yeah 22.3 mpg on a run to York and back last weekend , currently Avg is 19.2 so yeah bit spicy , but we do not do mega miles as I have a 320 D M for nipping about in so that helps

Love the Orange one, what a shame it had to go :(

As for the new one...mmmm, not my cup of tea at all. I think they're 'orrible!! I'd have upgraded the 320d for an A4 Avant or something similar and kept the Cayman.

EDIT : Congratulations to you and Mrs Paza

Can't believe you have replaced the Cayman with a RRS, one extreme to another it must feel like a barge in comparison

And congratulations to you both btw

Can't believe he replaced the Z4MC for a Cayman. But that's another thread. :D
+ 1 congratulations.

sometimes the urge to scratch the porsche itch becomes too much but longterm they aren't all they are perceived :o
enjoy the RRs , with the noise under throttle you probably won't notice the odd height armrests from door to centre :P

Had a bit of fun with a Cayman S (2 years old with Chrono & PASM) and Artega GT at the 'Ring this weekend.

3 cars into Hohenrain Shickane in the damp from 120mph is a squeaky bum moment for sure. I blame the Cayman S as it was being piloted by a friend and he'd specifically asked me to pass him as quickly as possible as otherwise I'd be buzzing all around him over the whole lap. Unfortunately he decided to overtake the Artega at the same time I decided to overtake the Cayman. If they'd been on the correct line I wouldn't have assumed they were letting me overtake in the first place :P

Cheers guys for the messages,

Yes was quite a change but we only have two cars so need 2 practical cars going forward so made sense (Until I can squezz another one passed the Mrs, quite fancy another M). As I was getting an Evoque , I sold the order and now purchasing a Cooper SD full spec which will replace the Beemer. So I had promised Mrs Paza a RR and she TOLD ME we would be getting a RR hence the sport , NOT a RS4 , M3 , M5 , GTR, EVO XI or anything else I could think of that had 4 seats.
I must say for someone who is a big sports car fan am loving the easy driving in the RR completely changed my driving style

M-5 the issue is clear... it was not orange! I believe Porsche quote another 150 Bhp for this colour...... :P

Stark - yeah I take it pretty easy in her , just cannot be bothered to Hoon it to much effort!.... wait a min just getting a drink from the inbuilt fridge!!

The fridge is the only one which is a proper fridge, but you have to put them in there cold otherwise it doesn't work. Changing the side lights is a two min job mate...
