Going to sell my Z4 How much can I get

Hey all I considering selling my Z4 due to a upcoming wedding and extra funds are required, I will hopefully buy another in the winter. I have seen similar cars up for £8500 but I think this is unrealistic.

How much I can get for my Z4 2006 2.0 which has:
-Full Service History (Last one on 02/01/15)
-MOT Due 03/07/15 (Will have done before sale as I have no worries about it passing)
-28500 Mileage
-Space grey (Small amount of scratches)
-Rear Parking sensors
-Cup holders
-Leather interior
-Passenger seat sensor recently replaced.
-Standard 16inch wheels with run-flats (I have bought some 108 ellipsoids but they need refurb)

It sounds a very good low mileage example and should sell easily, I've been looking to upgrade mine and the £8500 figure you quoted is what I would expect a dealer sell for.
Privately without warranties etc I would start at £7995 and be prepared to accept £250 less. Best of luck.

I think unless you want to change to a different model when you buy again in the winter id be tempted to keep it and take a loan to cover the extra wedding expense.
Will be hard to find another like yours later

A quick look at what's out there - specifically a 2.0L 06/07 plate with low mileage like yours, would make me agree with ekimj10 that £7,995 seems a reasonable starting price. I've found trade cars with 28k miles for sale at £8,999, the highest price out there is £9,990 for a 2.0L on 14k miles.

I really do like the car and want to get another one as soon as I can. I refuse to borrow any amount of money, sorry my pride.

i usually find a similar one on auto trader and ebay - and depending on how desperate i am to sell i put it out little cheaper then the rest..

I don't have any finance other than a small mortgage but you can borrow from Tesco right now on a personal loan for under 4% apr its hardly the days of 15/16 % bank loans or car finance & much rather do that & own at the end of the term than fritter my ££ on borrowing a car before handing it back
Everything in moderation & done responsibly i don't see the hang up with affordable borrowing :?

i would rather save up for things instead of borrowing, I think it stems from my parents :roll:
Apart from my mortgage of course, i couldnt save up that much!
(without living with my folks until i was 65)
