GM5 repairer recommendation 5*

Anyone who is wondering where to send their GM5 for repair I've just used qer_ltd from Workington, they advertise on ebay and I've seen someone else on the forum has used them. I posted the module on Tuesday and it was delivered back today - I fitted it and all my central locking/window issues have been resolved :D

My fuel cap does not lock though as the piston is bent and too short to engage in the female bit - not the end of the world.

A timely recommendation as i need to get mine sent off. Were you still able to use the car without the module? Does it just affect the central locking out is it more complicated?

you can use the car but certain things do not work like the roof and windows. I dont know about any other electrics but the car is drivable.

I can also recommend them. My drivers door would not unlock with the fob nor the dash button but would lock with both. Decided it was worth at worst £15 for them to return unrepaired if there was no issue found with GM5. Cost £7 to post it insured and on next day delivery. Within 2 days it was back, fitted and now working!! Excellent service.
