20Ducks did this on his old Z. You may want to search for his posts regarding this.

What type of gauges are you thinking of?

Sent from my ancient Dell laptop using both hands.... :poke:

i wouldnt personally....
chavvy saxo's and 106's spring to mind.
The car doesnt have a use for them e.g. turbo pressure gauge or anything like that.

Besides

The zed's are uber cool

I've collected an extra ashtry assembly and will eventually go with the LeatherZ gauge cluster. I like knowing what the oil pressue, oil temp, and water temp values are. Just call me old school.

LOL. The text appears automatically, people don't add it in

I have the free version of Tapatalk and there is no setting that I can find to turn off the added in text either.

The answer lies in the "free" bit I think ...

For all my paid apps, I can (and do) change the text.

i didn't put gauges on my Japanese Turbo Skyline for a reason, they may be useful but they say strong things about a car and its driver.

does obviously after market gauges hanging off a prestigious little sports car really give the impressions you want it to?

Sounds like AlanJ got a free Dell instead of paying for it :P
