Gateway Pro BT into 2006 E86 Pro Nav & Factory Bluetooth

Hi all,

Just about to purchase a 2006 Z4 coupe and would like to know if anyone has installed the Denison Gateway Pro BT? If so would you recommend it? Also, is there a way of disabling the factory bluetooth and just using the Gateway for phone and audio streaming?

not quite the answer you want, but i just put a dice mediabridge in mine and it offers precisely the functionality you mention including full steering wheel control for bluetooth music and phone calls, plus the mic is crystal clear at ~70mph i had a 30 min call earlier and the call was fine and my colleague could hear every word

as for disabling bluetooth i just keep the relationship between my s4 and the mediabridge and delete the bmw pairing, works like a charm
