gasoline trends

i've noticed that gasoline prices have been fluctuating around where i live. one week it's cheap, the following it's expensive. the week after that... cheap again. it's been like this for about almost 2 months.

it just reminded me of the time here in the US where you could only fill up your tank on certain days.

I remember those days as well. You could get on the turnpike and get 5 gallons on your off day which is what I did when needed. California only has a couple of refiners that supply them due to regs, so they can control the price by the day if they wanted to.
