Gaptech & Key Coding

Just spent a very happy 15 minutes fitting my Gaptech roof module. Easy as, very good instructions, then spent the next hour or so playing from indoors opening and closing the roof, i am a child!! Best £120 i ever spent plus SHE is happy with it too. Now, when will the rain stop??

On a totally unrelated subject. Anyone know a BMW indy in Nuneaton/Coventry area who will code my keys to the seat memory?? I have the software however i dont have enough time and patience, mostly patience to do it myself!

The problem i have is figuring out how to make it work!! I downloaded the software, plugged into the car and thats as far as i got to be honest. I dont think i have set it up correctly yet so i need to start again, probably put it onto a netbook ive got thats only used as a coaster at the moment. See if that helps as i had various other BMW software for our old Z3 on my laptop, might have corrupted it.

How does the seat memory work? I don't have an owners manual but have memory seats. Never bothered with them but seem a good idea when it comes to cleaning behind them.
 
Seat memory works based on which key you use, you can program different settings to each key. Seat position, radio volume etc

And thats why i need to suss the software out. I want to be cool and be able to not only open the roof as i walk out of Tesco but i also want to reposition the seat while the plebs in their Mondeo's look on in awe.

Is there a real idiots guide to setting up the BMW software anywhere, cant even remember what its called now!! I will update tomorrow.
