Fuel countdown

So , How close do you get ZERO??

I had the counter get to 6 miles left of fuel and then it stopped counting
Gave me a ----- readout.

I made it without pushing..
 
I was down to 22 miles left once. When I filled the tank it would seems that I actually had just over 2 gallons left in the tank before filling up
 
I believe the least for me was around 30 something. That orange light comes on and bugs the hell out of me. Plus as a general rule of thumb I don't let vehicles drop much below a 1/4 tank
 
I have seen the ---- I believe I had 5 miles left but in reality I had 2 gals.

It bothers me that the light comes on at a 1/4 tank seems to be to soon.
 
haha funny this should be mentioned, and I assume the M is the same...

three days ago i ran it down to 1, then to ---, then i drove it for about 3 miles before i managed to fill..

the funny thing was i actually drove past a petrol station with it on --- because i didnt like the brand of the fuel... i'd never have done that 6 months ago =)

so should the new question be... has anyone ran a zed flat ? =D

Yep you can still safely drive another 15 miles after the --------- are displayed, done it a few times, 2 more gallons would be nice :driving:
 
I've gotten it down as far as 75 miles. I usually fill up at half a tank though.
