No damage, a few small scratches, scuffs and some stone chips as you'd expect for 8 year old parts, nothing out of the ordinary or that stands out.
Removed from my 54 plate when I fitted Aero skirts.

Thanks,
Karl.

Do you still have these Karl ?

I am sure the answer is yes, but do you know if they are directly transferable to a facelift car ? Could save me a respray that I am sure will cost more...

If you still have them, can you post a couple of pics showing the chips and scratches up close ?

Final question - they are dusty / dirty in those pics, right ?

Sorry, Spanish Inquisition now ended :D

They look it -you can see fingermarks on the top left :)

Yes mate very dusty and dirty, been sitting in my garage for 4 months! lol
I will try and take some pic's for you, not sure how well they will show up as they are small, the scratches will probably polish out (if I have time I may as well polish them up and see) and the stone chips are towards the back where the skirt widens a little.

Hi Karlos - that's cool. Subject to a few more pics (though don't kill yourself :D) I think I'll take these off your hands mate. Looking at eBay, the asking price is reasonable and polished up would be a bonus

£175 was the painting costs for mine, just so you have a comparison.

I am hoping that Karlos' don't need painted - mine have 80k miles of motorway stone chips, a gouge out the bottom of one side, and now a scrape from an evil speed bump with one-way flippers... But thanks for the info PVR

I paid similar money to have my Aero skirts painted too.
Yeah it all depends how picky you are I guess, there are certainly no scrapes or gouge's but they are not like new obviously. I'll give them a clean and polish and get some detailed pic's up for you.... When it's not snowing and -2 outside! :headbang: lol
