As you're a savvy bunch in addition to what's noted on the listing:
I've had what I think is the full house of the common electrical issues with the car so it has had over the last few years:
[*]Brand new later generation electric steering column (£1500 part from BMW)
[*]New main and side airbag modules
[*]Both ABS sensors replaced
So that's all the relatively common faults taken care of already with brand new parts and you should be safe for another 50k miles
Couple of minor door dings on passenger side and a bit of kerbing on the passenger side front wheel, minor paint stain on the boot carpet, but other than that a very genuine and well looked after second car in the family for the last 5+ years. Sad to see it go but need to make space for an estate car workhorse to help with a renovation project.
