Front window Rubber Seal

So basically the black Rubber thing above the front windshield (between window and top) is goneeeee so is the rubber thing under the wipers. they all chipped off at places. Is there a DIY anywhere to change them myself? or do I have to go the costly method of MR. BMW dealer?! (super expensive in OZ)

You have to remove the windscreen to replace the piece of rubber around the windscreen.

You need to take the windscreen out to replace that seal, have a cracked windscreen, then pay £75 for a new one via insurance.
