Front bulkhead drain is in the centre of the engine bay, to access it take the wipers off put masking tape on the windscreen to mark where the wiper blades are positioned before taking them off. Remove the plastic riv screws along the bottom edge of the plastic cover and remove it. You should be able to access the whole of the scuttle compartment now and clean the debris out, the drain hole is fitted with a rubber valve, its probably blocked solid, pull it out and clean it, pop it back in and refit all the parts in reverse order. Whilst in there its very simple to pull the wiper workings and motor out, two bolts disconnect the wiring plug and lift the assembly out. Remove the six bolts on the underside of the motor and lift the plate off, you will find the contact plate will be covered in grease that has migrated onto it from the drive shaft. Clean the grease off the contack plate and the two contact arms then refit the plate. Symptom of grease contamination is bad wiper parking, they usually park higher up than normal due to the grease interference with the electrical contacts.
