Front Spoiler Repair

Hi everyone,
I've severely damaged my E85 front spoiler and would like to repair it myself if possible. I've not tried this before so have a few concerns:-

1. The spoiler is attached to the inner plastic supports with plastic push-pin rivets (circled red in first picture). Does anyone know the part number for these and where I can get them?
2. Some of the holes in the inner plastic supports have split (circled red in second picture). I'm thinking of gluing some plastic reinforcement kind behind the holes and re-boring them so I can reattach using the push-pin rivets. Has anyone done this successfully? What did you use as reinforcement? How did you attach it? I'm thinking of epoxy glue maybe. Any hints?
3. One of the mounting holes on the actual spoiler has also split. Any ideas how to fix it please?
4. How is the top of the spoiler (circled red in third picture) attached? I can't see any fastened to the bodywork. Is something missing or is there no attachment at this point?
5. I've lost the plastic mesh which sits behind the spoiler. Any idea what t's called and where I can get a replacement?
6. There's a hose which goes across the front, held in the front spoiler. Out of interest, what's it for?

Sorry for so many questions but I'm new to all this bodywork malarkey.
Thanks very much in advance for your help!
