I wouldnt mind paying them a visit if I can actually find them! I know where they are but i really should talk to them about it over the phone before showing up at the door! I tried the phone number written in the menu - no one ever picks up and have emailed Info / support / andy @kmph but still no reply till date...

I thought they are suppose to give good customer services?!
