Front offside and nearside Suspension arm has slight play in

Got this as an advisory on my last MOT and was wondering how easy it will be to replace these bushes and how much its going to cost roughly?

£70 for genuine lemforder parts from Euro Car Parts,

12 bolts, and 3 screws.

Tools required will be:

1* 16mm socket wrench
1* Philips screw driver
1* Ratchet strap
1* Gear puller
2* Tolley jacks,
1* tire iron
some* washing up liquid.

If you have all the tools, and it's your first time, it'll take about 4 hours. if you've done things like this before, it'll take about 90mins flat.

thanks for the info, yeah it'll be my first time but i'll have access to everything I need and assistance if need be. Is there a picture guide or an in depth DIY anywhere?
