Front Grills

Please could someone tell me the best way to take out the front grills without damaging them?

(I have a 2003 Z4 2.5i) Thank you.

Lift up by grasping the fins near the bottom, and they pull out easily.

Yes ..........lift /push up up and pull towards you (standing in front of car) :wink:
