Front Dash Removal

Good Morning,

I was wondering if anyone new of any decent instructions to remove the front dash, you know the silver bit that runs above the glove box?

A video would be ideal, i can;t seem to find anything on youtube though.

Just clipped in, same as light surround. Pretty hefty though so get a decent set of trim removal tools.
