Front bumper vent removal

Does anybody know how to remove these vents with the bumper still on the car? I thinking of spraying them black.

Take the wheel arch trim off and you can get at them.
But i sprayed mine in place, just mask off the area.

Not to hand but now the black parts stay black and clean, as before looked faded and always dirty.

Did you use any specific paint?

Think it as Plastikote brand gloss black.
