Front bumper issues

Hello all,

After replacing my leaky headlight washer jet I'm not happy with the refixed front bumper. The panel gap between the bumper and bonnet before I took the bumper off wasnt very good, I was hoping that reseating the bumper would sort it bit it seems not. Although the gap is pretty even, its about 8mm...

Does this seem big to everyone else?

Removing the bumper I also noticed that the clip things that attach the sides to the front wing were broken and also need replacing:

Does anyone know the part numbers for these? I'm wondering if its just easier to drop it off at a dealer and get them to fix the panel gap and broken clips or if they will rob me blind.

Thanks for the advice
Jeff

Hard to tell from that bonnet gap. Better off taking a photo across the front so we can see the entire range.

Those bumper clips cost £25 per side. I've gone through a few of them

Bumper gap is trial and error to get the gap nice. Just keep playing around with it.

Worth taking to a dealer? I assume its only 30min labour or so.

That bumper is well out of alignment.

Loosen off the 7 torx bolts under the bonnet and lift the bumper up with your legs, then tighten them. As said, it's trial and error so may take a few tries to get it perfect.

Not worth a dealer sorting those brackets out. They're a 15 minute job.
