fraud scam on gumtree selling my old Z4M NC06YOK

Hi Guys ,
Just to give you heads up that someone is impersonating me trying to sell my old black Z4MR reg NC06YOK on gumtree for £7.3K
I had it advertised on PH until Friday 12th when I sold it to Luke Yeomans a dealer called Approved Performance
Someone kindly emailed me to let me know about this scam -although I see the ad has now been removed from gumtree -it may well apear on another site ...
I contacted the police and gumtree and gmail [they were pretending to be me with a fake email address in my name with an extra letter using the original PH ad ]
In any event I sold the car last week and its no longer registered in my name with DVLA
If its subsequently advertised on Approved Performance then its genuine and its a great car

So my old car NC06YOK has just been advertised again on gumtree -this time claiming to be in Manchester
I sold the car to a dealer called approved performance
They are even using my old pics and description
If any of you can go on gumtree and report this as a scam that would help -the more that report the more lilely they are to act and hopefully report to Police

I put a deposit on this car this afternoon with Luke from Approved Performance. I will be picking it up on Thursday and really can't wait.
Looks like it has been well looked after and I hope to keep it a few years as my weekend fun car! Previously owned a Z4 3.0Si roadster and have just traded my E46 M3 for the Z4MR.
I'll be changing the number plate as soon as the new V5 comes through.

Any info about the car would be very welcome.

When you have it, look out for more Gumtree ads and try and arrange a viewing

ISTR someone 'borrowing' ads to make it look like they had more stock and look more legit and someone on PH went to look at one of their cars and turned up in another they were advertising
