My TV module has been draining the battery if car is left standing for a few days which is not often but annoying when it happens as all the feeds I have tried to tap into in the past all seem to be permanent lives.
Got the multimeter out and was testing the empty fuses in the box and discovered fuse number 2 is a switched live, 1 is blank and 3 - 4 are spare perm lives. The easiest way to use them without removing fusebox is with a "blade fuse piggy back connector" which are only a few quid on ebay so no more need to tap into random wires for a live feed risking shorting or overloading something and you can give your accessory its own fuse for safety.
