At the Lake District meet, a few members and I were talking about the idea of having a forum t-shirt design that would have our forum names on them - making it easier to associate internet persona with real people (making it easier to know who to punch )

Well. I had a bit of a play around and came up with a design that I like. I've tried to keep a sort of resemblance with the site design, but let me know what you think (and any suggestions you have etc!)

Price wise, I think they'll be costing around £15 each including delivery - I may be able to source cheaper, but I haven't really looked into it.
Colour-wise, you can get them in white,natural,sky blue, deep blue, back, red, brown, grey, ash - to name but a few.

Anyways - initial idea for the front logo (the rear is the same, but your forum name as the text - and no car:

In saying that,they might look ok in the flesh/need to see?
How about having the dates of our recent/future meets on them,in a bands tour sort of idea??

We'd need a fair few dates to make it look any good.. and then they become dated quickly.
Also.. for the new members who haven't attended any of the meets on the shirt, it'd be like sticking a //M badge on a 2.5


I know what you mean about maybe looking a little naff - hence the ability to have loads of different colours to try and counter that.
But they bring a more "group" feeling to gatherings - and it's better than "Hello! My name is..." tit tags

I've altered the name of the thread, for if/when I'm giving the green light, I'll create a thread for orders similar to the forum stickers.

I'd be tempted with one in black, trying to keep the logo as subtle as possible would be my suggestion!


Would us northern members not be better off with rain jackets instead? I can honestly count on one hand the number of times I've driven my Z4 with the roof down wearing only a T-shirt

There is the option for hoodies... jackets... etc... just they're likely to cost more.

Once thunderbirds are go - I'll come up with some options and prices etc

sk93 - as with these things many people will have different ideas/versions etc.... go with what you've got (old codger experience coming out here). As for initial costs set up etc happy to share this - and the risk, if it helps. I am not seeking to profit as I am sure you are not and any leftovers we can give back to the forum. I bet if you go with what you've got in terms of design and turn up at a Z Forum meet you will sell out.....!
