Like some other Forum members I had a problem with the Carly App. I bought the device when Carly was offering lifetime support and updates. Before they began to use the annual subscription model. I had used the device very little. When attempting to use it recently I found myself locked out. After a dozen or so emails to Carly I was no further forward. Then Smartbear came to my rescue guiding me to where I could find the evidence Carly demanded to unlock the App for me. It took another 18 emails but this morning the App was unlocked.
Without Smartbear’s help I would never have found what I needed and was on the point of giving up.
So once again the Forum demonstrates one of it’s great strengths, Forum members helping each other.
