ive got folding mirrors, would it be a big job to do this?
CJ10- Yes got some UK mirrors and swapped the looms from the other units as i wanted the auto dim too.

About 70 quid, easy to fit (same thing as the roof modules) normally, the mirrors will fold as soon as you lock,- I had it reprogrammed to only fold if the lock button is depressed for 3 secs. You do need to specify this when ordering

Can BMW not programme them to do that when the lock button held for three seconds. They done it on my old E46 330cd, cost about £40. I need to go and ask for a list of programme option for my car. I want the window to drop when the button is pressed twice, that was pritty useful to have
Good work in pulling it all together. Key is to find a set of motor mirrors I guess. The rest is probably more common
