Fog light and side indicator condensation

I picked up my 56 plate Grey Coupe on Thursday and I absolutely love it already. All in all it was in very good condition with a couple of little bits I need to get round to doing. First things first is the Condensation in the front fog lights and side indicators on the wings.

Do i need to completely replace all these units or can I reseal them?

I can't comment on the side indicators but can on the fogs... Mine were steamed up, terribly corroded reflectors too. So...onto the refurb (I didn't fancy the circa £200 bill to replace them...)

They're easy enough to get off the car and out of their mounting brackets. However, separating the plastic lense from the metal back is nigh on impossible without cutting something. We cut the lense off, and cleaned the channel in the metal part of all the (not very well applied) sealant glue.
After that, tidied up the metal reflector back, and primed and repainted. Cleaned the plastic lense, and glued the whole assembly back together with a generous helping of TigerSeal.

About six months on (including the winter and living outside) they're still looking good!

Hope this helps...
