Floating Center Caps.

Hi All,
I realise this may be a doomb question, so feel free to hurl abuse as you see fit!
I’ve just had 108’s refurbished, and am quite interested in the OEM floating Center Caps. The nice chap at Lister told me that although they aren’t listed as a part for my car (E86), they are the correct size (68mm).
So my question is, has anyone done this successfully?
TIA
K

Not 100% sure

I have them on 296 wheel's on my E89.

Packaging just states "For BMW alloy rims with 120mm wheel bolt circle"

(They are quality, by the way  )

Noooohhhhh…..

But if you must Zed Baron has them on his E89..same wheels.. :tumbleweed:

Did you keep the box because you knew one day you will come to your senses and want to return them? :poke: :fuelfire: :D

No  I lost one, so i have a box now with 3 spares

Thanks for your input so far peeps.
Just seem to remember reading somewhere that the stub axel sticks out too far into the wheel centre hole. 🤷🏻‍♂️

I had them on my 107’s but they would only fit in two of them without spacers (which I didn’t have) can’t remember if they were front or rears

There is a very good reason for that......... :poke: :D
Yep, they don't sell them to riff-raff, only to those who appreciate fine design like that other great icon of z4 modification..... the stubby aerial! they look very good on my 326's

Best thing about this forum IMHO, it caters to all the diverse sectors of the population without judgement.

Unfortunately not in this instance; stubby AND Max Power wheel centres (yes it is centre) = chavvy!  :poke:

Ok I’m stuffed here!
1. HTF do I highlight a part of someone’s post to reply to it?
2. I’ve a ‘Merican fone, so yes I agree it is centre!

I've got a Korean phone but manage!

Sorry. You can (sometimes in my experience) just press the " button on their post (top right) then highlight the bits you want and add to your post. It doesn't always work for me, so just " the whole post then in the reply box you can delete the bits you don't want. Just remember to leave the [] bits in otherwise it goes tits up. You can also preview it to see whether it works. HTH

So BMW Spelt Center wrong

They were originally designed for the 7 & 8 series, so quality kit
