Not that I'm aware of? Are you using the correct/official way to link photos, or are you using "copy photo location" when you right-click on the photo when viewing it in "all sizes"?
You're supposed to use the BBcode supplied by flickr for a photo, so that it can be traced back to their site:
- click on "share this"
- click on "grab the HTML/BBCode"
- highlight the "BBCode" option and choose what size you want to post
- copy and paste the supplied link
The link looks like this (but without the XXX's in it)
