i have a query , left over from my z3m i have earls braided front flexi brake hoses and braided clutch hose with cdv removed, ... will these fit the z4m ? as i am having inspection 2 next week inc brake fluid change so a good time to swap them over. i also have the constant pressure valve , that is the same i think , so may see if that can be changed too. any experience of these ?

If you can measure the length of the brake hoses you've got for the Z3M, I'll compare them with the OEM parts that I removed from my Z4MC (I think I can find them).

thanks exdos , the brake flexis are 50cm inc ends, which are male one end and female the other. the clutch hose is aprox 31cm inc ends which are both female, fyi I knocked the restricter out of my cdv and refitted, but cant remember what ends were on it wether i would need to remove the cdv completely now to fit the braided hose. many thanks

Here you are. I reckon you can probably use the Z3M pipes provided you make sure you adjust in the grommet so that the slightly longer length doesn't cause rubbing. I tried fitting the CDV onto both ends of the brake pipe and they are the same type.

As I recall, most of the pipework, if not all, for the Z4M clutch is metal tubing and not flexible, and I didn't see a need to fit any braided hose in to the system when I removed the CDV.
