Flat tyre warning - run flats removed

I have a flat tyre warning light coming up on the dash, I cant reset it using the BC button, I removed the run flats some time ago however since having a couple of tyre changed I cant get the light to reset. I have noticed on the inside of the drivers door a picture of a flat tyre with a code next to it. Is there another way to reset the Flat tyre sensors?

TIA

What year and model is your car? Earlier ones where different to later / current ones.

Its a 2010, S Drive 23i

Hope that helps :)
Your model probably just uses the ABS system to give flat tyre warning and should just need a reset whereas after 03/2014 they had sensor valves fitted in the wheels.

Reset procedure should be in the owners manual (mine is but it's for the later model, so no good to you).

Not sure where the manual is!! will have to dig it out, the dash computer says to reset it off the the BC , however there is also a code on the inside of the drivers door, what would this be for?

The other thing to remember on this subject is that the system is far more sensitive when using non-RFT tyres.

Reading the manual, when you've found it, would be a useful way to spend some time! :poke: :D
