Flashing lights

Just spotted this article:

First of all, I'm NOT condoning speeding in general. Speed limits in towns, built up areas, around schools and the like are all perfectly sensible and are there for obvious safety reasons.

But, for years we have listened to the Police and Safety Camera Partnerships telling us that speed cameras are there not to make money, but to encourage people to slow down. We now see that if another motorist warns someone else then they will be fined. Surely, warning someone - making them slow down - is achieving what they are telling us that they want? Drivers slowing down...

If what they actually want to catch people speeding, then surely that can only be so that they can fine them? Especially as they want to fine the other motorist who is helping ensure that speed limits are adhered to. Or am I wrong here :idunno:

This is pathetic...

I often flash other drivers when they have left their lights off, have bits hanging off their cars.. and obvious speed cameras.

This is a big  for me.
