I took it off, use solder iron to melt the back of plastic to fix the position, then buried hard iron thread in plastic with solder iron to reinforce it, finally used super glue + carbon power to enhance it's strength.
Then put putty at the surface, cover the crack, sand it, spray with matted black, sand it, spray...and it's perfect again
