Fitting E89 seats to a E86 car

Evening all...

I expect that any attempt to fit seats from an E89 to an E86 would require a degree of modification. Has anyone tried to do this? If so, can you advise as to how much work is involved? also - are the door cards compatible, at all?

I have cloth seats at the moment and have looked at upgrading.

Any advice would be appreciated!

Seats might not be to hard, electrics being the biggest issue, but door cards wont fit at all.
