Hi all,finally got round to fitting my fogs today,seeing as it wasnt hooning weather around here,thanks to Half-Colin for putting up with my constant pm's 
-found it really easy,wheel off,panel open,remove bulb/wire from the back,undo the 3 screws,slide out-i then greased all around the join with silicone grease(dont know if this was necessary/overkill)-i then covered the lens with a cloth to protect it as i wriggled it home,inserted the screws,bulb back in,cover back on,wheel on-really chuffed with the results!
