Firefox Browser Help

Hi all,

Does anyone know much about Firefox? I'm currently having problems specifically when I log onto my Hive Heating account to display the heating dashboard. The browser doesn't seem to want to display all the page information, its only happened in the past day or so. When I log onto Hive I should see my heating schedule like the example below,



However the heating schedule itself won't display and I'm just left with a blank page with just the Heating Mode and Target Temp on the left side. I've logged onto my account at work using IE11 and it displays fine so scratching my head.

In Firefox I've had a look in the Tools/Options to see if there is anything obvious that should be ticked but can't see anything.

Thanks for that, yes have tried it on IE11 at work and loads up OK. Only reason I'm using Firefox at home is because I'm still using Vista on my laptop :oops: and Windows 7 :lol: Windows 7 won't run latest IE or Chrome but will run with Firefox.

Thanks, just dowloaded latest Google Chrome successfully and still the same as Firefox i.e. not displaying all the page info for Hive :(

Thanks guys will try compatability tonight. Tried zooming in and out and no change. Odd thing is its displaying daily temp graph at bottom of page OK so don't see that the schedule graphics are any different.

I've updated the Silver light plug in but still no change.
