Finding unused Cd Changer leads

Hi

I have a dsp amp on a 2005 and am looking for the cd changer leads in the boot.
All I can find is a 3 pin cable and the co ax cable behind the carpet.

Should there be a 6 pin cable too or is it deleted if you have a co ax cable going to the amp ?
