Hello to you all

I got my hands on my SI Coupe a few months ago and have now finally got round to joining you guys. As you can imagine I now have had time to get to grips with the car and must say its a BLAST!!!!

At first I was'nt quite sure of a couple of things i.e. clutch delay and tramlining. I am now totally used to the clutch and can live with it, the tramlining i'm not so sure about, I can put up with it but will eventually go for non runflats I think. The only other small issue that really bugs me are the foglights filled with condensation which for a car of this quality I think is a bit poor!!

If the weather ever improves i will get some better pics up but for now these will have to do

Hello and welcome to the forum

oh wait....good man :D

Lovely car. love the interior. You'll still get tramlining without the runflats.

Nice one, like the interior, I ditched therunflats, got a stubby but still pi$$ed off with the condensation in the fog lights so welcome to the club

Great choice and lovely interior, I have just changed from run flats to Non run flats and it's like driving a different car.

+1 what Corrie Phil says re: the runflats. Michelin PSports, Goodyear Eagle F1s or the cheaper Vreds seem to be the more common choices when making the move.

And if you want to get rid of the condensation there are plenty of threads on the forum. Likely cause is a perished rear light seal. Cheap and easy to replace. When you whip the old one off just go for a drive on a hot day without light backing, point at the sun for a few hours, then replace with new rear seal and panel (about £13 from stealer). Jobs a goodun.

Welcome along ! You have the same concerns I had 2 years ago when I bought my coupe ! You will get used to cdv & bin the RFT's & you transform the car. Fog lights I have removed them twice now dryed them out & sealed them with silicon still get some condensation on them, just need to live with it or spend a fortune on replacements. Sure you will love your car soon, I do !
