All finished with the flywheel and clutch. I ended up using a lightweight aluminum from Clutch Masters and the Stage 3 non sprung from Spec. After the install engagement seem stock and very streetable. After about 150 miles on the clutch engagement is very grabby and a little harder to drive. I must release the clutch between 800-1200 rpm for a smooth take off. Its still very streetable but the clutch will not slip if I rev over 1200. It just grabs and I get wheel hop if I dont release the clutch all the way. If I do release the clutch above 1200 RPM I would chirp.

The clutch is very quiet. There is almost no noticeable changes or vibrations except in high gear and very low RPM. I also get loud noise in 3 gear and higher if I slow down while in gear. This was expected as I installed a clutch without springs.

I haven't pushed the clutch hard yet. No agressive shifting or WOT yet. Once I get a few more miles on it I will do another retune and take the car for another dyno run.

That looks like some serious mods! Interested to hear how the big brake kit turns out. I've never riden in a car with multi-pot brakes so the 330i calipers on mine feel fierce.

Look forward to more updates
